Rockwell Automation's DataMyte System ties both Header facilities together in one quality process. Real time data from products running on the production floors of both plants is entered into DataMyte's central database, assuring continuous documentation of every run.
All production activity is plotted for tracking to stay well within the SPC parameters.
Our laser sorting equipment have the capability to check the dimensions and geometric features of our products, serving as an automatic qualifier to every job that requires it.
Header Products does a final Green Tag inspection on our products before shipment to our customer. No part leaves Header without Green Tag approval.
